Create a freelancer account, complete your profile with skills and portfolio, then submit your ID for verification. Our team reviews applications within 48 hours.
What if there is a dispute?
Either party can raise a dispute. Our admin team reviews all evidence, mediates fairly, and ensures a resolution. Escrow funds remain frozen until the dispute is resolved.
What are the platform fees?
OnlineCer charges a 10% commission on completed projects. There are no upfront fees for freelancers. Clients only pay when they approve the delivered work.
